Kids at Calvary
It is our purpose that each child will KNOW Jesus as their Savior. To love Him with all their heart, soul and mind. To GROW in faith and knowledge of God through the teaching of the Bible and age appropriate activities. To have a desire to develop Christ’s character, flourish in wisdom, stature and favor with God and man.To GO reach others by preparing and encouraging them to serve and share the message of His love.
Home Groups are small groups of disciples throughout the region seeking Jesus, discussing the sermon, and praying together. Their goal is twofold:
1) PROVIDE a venue for the fulfillment of the “one another” statements in Scripture. The church is not an event or a building but a community of people.
2) INCREASE the impact of the Bible on our lives We are told not just to be hearers of the word but doers. There is a tendency to leave the Sunday sermons behind when we leave the church.

Nicaragua is the second poorest country in the Western Hemisphere. We have been sending Mission teams from various Northwest Calvary churches since 2006, conducting medical, construction and evangelism outreaches. In July 2010 we planted our first church in the small town of Matagalpa in the northern coffee growing region. Partner with us financially in this endeavor of faith for the long term.
